1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Luckytwril, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Luckytwril mobile application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Luckytwril. By using the app you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Reward Points & Prizes

Reward points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the app. Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prize delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Fair Play

Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate the reward system will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points and prizes. Our decisions on fair play violations are final.

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Purchases are processed through Google Play. We are not responsible for payment processing issues on Google's platform.

6. Prize Delivery

Physical prizes require you to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days of notification are forfeited.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the prize system, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luckytwril is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of points, prizes, or data resulting from app errors, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of any prizes you have legitimately won.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Major changes will be notified via push notification.
