Your information is used to operate and improve the Luckytwril app, process prize redemptions and deliveries, send you push notifications about wins and events, display leaderboard rankings (username only), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Firebase & Google Services
Luckytwril uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication, database storage, push notifications (FCM), and analytics. Firebase's privacy policy applies to data processed through their services. Data is stored on Google Cloud servers.
4. In-App Purchases
Purchases made through the app are processed by Google Play. We do not store payment card details. Transaction IDs are stored to verify purchases and prevent fraud.
5. Advertising
Luckytwril displays ads via Google AdMob to provide free gameplay. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
6. Prize Delivery
When you win a physical prize and request delivery, we collect your name, address, mobile number, email, and zip code solely to fulfil delivery. This information is visible to our admin team and is not shared with third parties beyond the delivery process.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Prize and redemption records are kept for 12 months. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
8. Children's Privacy
Luckytwril is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
