How do I enter?
There are two ways to enter, and both have the same chance to win. You can buy an entry pass inside the App, or you can enter for free with no purchase necessary using the free entry option in the App. No purchase is required to participate or to win.
How does scratching and winning work?
Once you have an entry, open your scratch card and scratch it to instantly reveal what’s underneath. If your card is a winner, the prize is automatically added to your account — there’s nothing else you need to do to claim it.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Your winnings are stored in your account. Open the rewards/redemption section of the App to redeem them for the available rewards and offers. Follow the on-screen steps for the reward you choose.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time directly in the App via the account settings (“Delete Account”). This permanently removes your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. If you need help, email us at luckytwrillhelp@gmail.com. How do refunds work?
Purchases of entry passes are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play, not by us, so refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Request a refund from Apple or Google Play. If you have any trouble, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

No. Luckytwril is a sweepstakes with a free alternative method of entry — you can always enter for free with no purchase necessary. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is operated in Sri Lanka.
